Influencer boxing battle Creator Clash 3 has been delayed once again, Twitch streamer Will Neff confirms. Neff, who was slated to bout with Odd1sOut, revealed in a recent Twitch stream that the event was being pushed back to a date “far in the future.”
“Creator Clash is delayed to a date far in the future,” he began. “For me, this is a huge bummer, not only because I was bringing out a bunch of my family, but I was losing weight at a lightning clip.” He added that as a result of these factors, he and his coaches decided to delay training “indefinitely.”
“Where Myth and I were, physically, you just can’t maintain it,” he said. “You can’t maintain the training we were doing, you can’t maintain the amount of sparring we were doing. You can’t maintain the weight.”
Why Was Creator Clash 3 Delayed?
One of the biggest problems with Creator Clash 2 was the organizers, iDubbbz and Anisa’s beef with fellow creators. This time around, iDubbbz once again found himself clashing with Creator Clash creators.
The beef was sparked by a ‘Content Cop’ video iDubbbz made about H3H3 Productions’ Ethan Klein. According to Dexerto, this video launched “an avalanche of drama” that led to the dropping out of EpicMealTime YouTuber Harley Morenstein.
This reportedly led to iDubbbz and Anisa stepping back as organizers of the event. However, this wasn’t enough to save Creator Clash 3. There’s no word on the new date for the event, and at the time of writing, iDubbbz and Anisa haven’t spoken out either.
