Nostalgia is baked into a huge number of trends nowadays. From old songs trending on TikTok to Tumblr fashion making a comeback, a large portion of internet culture today features transformed versions of media weāve loved years ago. With the sheer amount of content and the increasingly bleak state of the world, trends have been cycling through at a faster rate than ever, and weāve become nostalgic for events and aesthetics from as little as two years ago.
