At every VidCon I’ve attended, someone mentions the name Paddy Galloway. It’s not a name most people recognize, but for creator economy conference goers, spending time scrolling through Galloway’s tweets is a bit of a rite of passage.

Galloway himself isn’t exactly the one in the spotlight, but his strategy is. He is regarded in the industry as one of the top YouTube growth experts, working with clients like PrestonPlayz (15.8m subscribers), Loverfella (3.2m subscribers), and the one and only MrBeast (308m subscribers). On his X account, Galloway frequently shares advice for YouTubers.
